    We pride ourselves on offering you an incredible salon experience and these policies below have been put in place to ensure everything runs smoothly and you enjoy your total Amasso experience.

    Online Enquiries.
    We are happy to accept online enquiries via Facebook messenger. Please include a clear, well lit photo, (preferably outside in natural light) of the back of your hair, from above of the roots and also a snapshot (or a couple!) of what you’re hoping to achieve.

    The quickest days for online response is Wednesday to Saturday as our social media representative is not in the salon Sunday to Tuesday.

    Alternatively, you can pop into the salon in any of our opening times for a brief consultation and personalised quote.

    We are happy to give you a personalised quote either in salon, or online via Facebook, however please keep in mind everyones hair is different, and each job varies. This is an ESTIMATED price. Prices my vary slightly on the day depending on hair length, thickness + time and product used on the service.

    You can make appointments by calling the salon on (03) 9584 1988 or contacting us via messenger. We can often get quite busy and it is best to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

    Appointment Confirmations.
    As a courtesy, we will SMS and confirm your appointment 1 business day prior to your appointment date. It is your responsibility to respond to confirm your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, you may risk having your appointment replaced as we reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.

    Please be respectful that we often have a cancelation list that would be willing to make your appointment time if you are unable to make it. Please give us ample time to replace your appointment by cancelling 24HRS before your appointment time. If you are unable to cancel within 24HRS of your appointment time there will be a 25% cancellation fee of the reserved service amount.

    This also applies to drastic appointment changes. If you are booked in for a long service and you change your mind and don’t want the entire appointment, you must let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

    No Shows.
    If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 50% fee of your reserved service amount.

    Appointment Times.
    Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know – we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service.
